Allison Heath, MBA, PA-C is a healthcare leader and practicing clinician with expertise spanning health system operations, digital health, and healthcare strategy. She brings more than a decade of clinical experience in emergency medicine, following earlier experience in cardiac surgery, providing her with a broad perspective on the delivery of complex patient care and the adoption of new medical technologies. 

 

Allison currently serves in a leadership role at a large academic health system in New York City, where she oversees advanced practice providers across multiple hospitals and clinical specialties. She partners with physician and executive leadership to develop workforce strategies, improve operational efficiency, enhance quality and patient safety, and strengthen financial performance. Previously, she held clinical leadership roles at a venture-backed digital health company, RubiconMD, where she scaled clinical operations, developed quality programs, and supported the company's growth through a successful acquisition (Oak Street Heath and CVS). 

 

Allison earned her Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University, completing her clinical background with formal business training. She continues to practice emergency medicine, maintaining firsthand insight into the clinical, operational, and economic factors that influence healthcare delivery and technology adoption.
